We write to thank all of the staff at Mecenate Palace for their extremely professional and helpful service and assistance during our recent stay at the hotel (December 3-10). Front Desk personnel were prompt and efficient at assisting us whenever we asked for information or help: making reservations, giving directions, etc.
Staff in the breakfast room were also most helpful and professional in their service. We especially appreciate the efforts of Andrea Bianchi to brighten our mornings with designs on our capuccino cups.

Please accept my compliments on the lovely hotel you have created in Mecenate Palace. My recent stay there was most pleasant and very comfortable thanks to the accommodations, the staff, and the amenities provided. As a fellow Cornellian, it is wonderful to see the lessons of Statler applied so graciously and completely.
Although I am not in the hotel industry, the biggest challenge to any business is finding great people and you have done just that with a staff that was both knowledgeable and accommodating. I will be sure to recommend Mecenate to my friends visiting Rome.
